After placing the order, you can cancel the order within 12 hours by emailing us at [email protected]. The refund will be processed via Razorpay within 2-5 working days.

If you happen to receive a defective or damaged products, you can raise a return or replacement query by emailing us at [email protected] within 4 working days from the day of delivery. Be sure to attach an image of the item received for us to evaluate the condition. Also, please ensure the product is unused and in its original condition. Once we receive the item at our facility we will verify its condition and initiate the process of refund/replacement accordingly. The refund will be processed via Razorpay within 2-5 working days.
